This oil on canvas painting titled “Silver Moon Rising” was created by North Carolina artist Joseph Pearson based on the Emily 088 pose on the ArtModels360 website. Joseph said, “I just wanted to say I have created two paintings from a couple of models from ArtModels360. I love this resource and look forward to new models in the future.”
Joseph’s artist statement reads in part, “Inspired by the subject matter that unites our humanity, I am interested in telling the story of the “Everyman”, painting people as portraits and figures in oil, charcoal and pastel pencil.”
